(a) Quaid-e-Azam was a man of strong faith and firmly believed that the new emerging state of Pakistan, based on Islamic principles, would reform society as a whole.
(b) Patriotism means love for the motherland or devotion to one’s country. A patriot loves his country and is ready to sacrifice when the need arises.
(c) Since this belief was threatening their dominance in society, the pagan Arabs started to mount pressure on the Rasool (S.A.W.) and his followers.

Iqbal is not only the greatest poet of our age but also one of the greatest poets of all time. There are not many poets who wrote so many great poems as he did. He did not write poetry for poetry’s sake. He was, in fact, much more than a mere poet. He was a learned man, a great scholar, a philosopher, and a political leader of great importance. But more than anything, he was a Muslim who had great love for God and His Prophet (S.A.W.). He wrote poetry to express the great and everlasting truths of philosophy, history, and Islam. He wrote poetry to awaken the Muslims of the whole world from their deep sleep. He urged the Muslims of the whole world to unite.
