Q. No. 4 According to American Constitution (Article 1, Section 8), the American Congress has the power to make laws on certain subjects. Enumerate these subjects in the light of said provisions. Also elaborate the restrictions on the exercise of powers of Congress.

Q. No. 5 Explain the Significance of Fundamental Rights in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. Also Describe the Situations where the Constitution itself provides for Suspension of certain fundamental rights.

Q. No. 6 The Government of India Act, 1935 has a significant role in the Constitutional History of Pakistan. Explain the salient features of this Act. Also highlight the shortcomings of this Act.
